Returns & Exchanges
At Shop the Sentai Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags still attached to qualify.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all Sentai Store tags and labels are intact.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, attach it securely to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
